Handcrafted · From Taiwan · Small Batch
Roasted garlic, toasted chili, and aged rice wine come together in a silky oil that transforms anything it touches. One jar. Endless possibilities.
Our Story
Miss M was born out of a simple craving — the kind of chili oil you'd find on every table in Taiwan, the kind grandmothers spoon over rice without measuring. We set out to bottle that feeling.
Made with soybean oil, roasted garlic, dried chili, rice wine, and sweet fermented rice, every jar is 180g of pure Taiwanese pantry magic. Product of Taiwan, imported to your door.
Drizzle it over noodles, eggs, dumplings, pizza, or anything that needs a little life. Miss M doesn't just add heat — it adds soul.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Mavis — a Taiwanese entrepreneur based in New York and a proud mother of two. After moving to the United States, I found myself missing the authentic flavors of home.
As a mother, I care deeply about the food my family eats, which is why quality, authenticity, and trust are at the heart of everything I do. Miss M was created with a simple mission: to bring genuine Taiwanese flavors to families across America, while sharing Taiwan's rich food culture with a wider audience.
From sourcing and importing to building this brand from the ground up, I'm personally involved in every step — to make sure it's something I'd proudly serve to my own family.
— Mavis, Founder of Miss M
I wanted my family in America to eat the same food I grew up with in Taiwan.

Loved by garlic chili oil obsessives everywhere
I put this on my noodles every single morning. The garlic is so fragrant and the heat is perfectly balanced — not too intense, but enough to wake you up.
Finally a chili oil that actually tastes like what I had growing up in Taiwan. The fermented rice adds this umami depth that other brands completely miss.
Bought it as a gift and ended up ordering three more for myself. It's incredible on scrambled eggs. My whole office is now obsessed.
This is hands down the best chili oil I've tried outside of Taiwan. The flavor is complex and the garlic is so perfectly roasted. I keep a spare jar in my desk.
I drizzled it on pizza on a whim and my life changed. My kids now refuse any pizza without Miss M. It's become a household essential.
The quality is unreal. Real ingredients, genuine Taiwanese flavor, and it lasts forever in the fridge. Worth every cent — I'll never go back to other brands.

Not a one-trick condiment. Miss M belongs on noodles, eggs, dumplings, pizza, roasted vegetables, and anywhere else that needs a flavor upgrade.
